Through the power and authority of my indwelling Christ, I forgive myself. I forgive myself for all that I may have done against myself - all negative thoughts, each disruptive habit, and every unhealthy feeling. From the depths of my heart, from the innermost corners of my soul, I forgive myself. And it is done.

I forgive myself for all that I may have done against others - each unkind word, each abuse of mind and spirit, and every mistake of judgment and action. For the things that I have done and the things I have not done. Through the power that is in my spoken word, I say it. I forgive myself and I am forgiven.

I forgive myself for all I may have done against the Lord of my life and each forgetful moment when I tried to do things in a human way. I forgive myself for neglecting the presence of God within me. I say it. I repent and I forgive myself, AND IT IS SO. Through the power and authority of all that is holy within me, I forgive myself, now and forever. Amen.
